Our cutlets will last unopened up to 4 weeks in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer. Allow to thaw in fridge before heating.  Once opened, eat within 1 week.

Ingredients: Onion, Organic black beans, Brown Rice, Beets, Water, Organic Sunflower or Canola oil, Celery, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Nutritional yeast, Corn Meal, Apple cider vinegar, Liquid smoke, Corn Starch, Salt, Natural flavour, Herbs and spices.
